When you get the battery recharged or hooked up to a charger for a few minutes, the display will show three bars in the middle where the P for park normally is. Turning the key does not get the starter going. The computer has gone to sleep. Here's what to do:
1) step on and hold the break pedal down
2) make sure the wipers are off
3) turn the key all the way on
4) run the shift lever up and down 3-4 times not too fast
I have a set of 2009 red panels for sale. I bought the yellow panels (yellow is not a 2009 color), the dealer put them on, and thus I have a complete set of new reds. Yours for half what I paid for the yellows: $750!

I was upset when they discontinued the yellow color for the 2009s. So I ordered the car in red and bought the yellow panels separately ($1,500!). Now I'll have a set of reds in the garage .

Then the thought of a 2-color car in the summer hit me. How difficult is it to replace the door panels? Where do you start? Any ideas?

I've been told if you put rear tire sized tires all around you get a better ride. Maybe this has been discussed previously, but is there anything to this idea?

I know Smart USA cannot sell them yet, but have heard third parties have them for sale. Anyone know where I can get one? Thanks.
