I'm going to replace the tires and wheels on my smart. I'd like to put 15X6.0 wheels and 195/50-16 tires all around. Does anyone know if these will fit front and rear without a problem? Thanks

Just received and installed my Windup Key. It’s great and a lot of fun. It draws a lot of attention (like a smart needs more!) and gets many comments. I enjoy telling people, “It’s a gas/windup hybrid” (and then correcting that of course).
While it’s not cheap, it is very well made. It uses a bracket mounted behind the license plate and requires no significant modifications nor does it leave any permanent damage if removed. It comes with complete instructions and stainless steel mounting hardware. It took me about 20 minutes to install. While mine is fixed, they offer one that’s powered by an electric motor that turns as the car is driven down the road.
I highly recommend this accessory and the source – www.WindupKey.com smart Parking Lot Questionstag:www.451s.com,2008-06-20:1912846:Topic:317262008-06-20T13:12:56.030ZDavehttp://www.451s.com/profile/Dave73
As with every smart owner, I was deluged with questions about my car every time I parked it. Often, it would take 15+ minutes before I could leave. This is to be expected as people want to know. I solved much of this peoblem by creating an "Information Sheet" (copy attached) that I put in a plastic sleeve and place on the dash so it's viewable through the windshield. From my observations, many, many people read this and it has reduced my "lot time" by at least 75%. And I've received "Thank Yous"…

I'm trying to get some additional keys for my smart 451. My dealer says that there are only two types available. The ones with the remote built in like the two that came with the car ($165 each + programming) and "flat" keys without the remote ($20 each). The dealer says the "flat" keys won't start the car and can't be programmed to enable them to start the car. Every other car I know of including my 07 VW Eos and my 06 Honda Ridgeline have "flat" keys available that can be programmed to start the car (I have them for both those vehicles). My question is "What good are keys if they won't start the car?" Can anybody help or provide more information?
