I was speaking with James Sparks, gen manager at Sugar Land Smart Cars, and he tells me there is an 18 mo waiting list so you must have “pulled some strings” to get one already! I had spoken with him and I am writing to you to see if you and other Smart Car owners would be interested in a special promotion we are considering at Highland Tower, our new luxury high rise planned for the Highland Village area. We have so many folks come in and talk about wanting to live close in to better take advantage of so much Houston has to offer. Smart Cars sure seem to make sense for close in living. We got to thinking about that and are considering a promotion of giving a Smart Car with each condominium sale as we break ground and start construction. We are thinking about something like a Smart Car rally at our sales center with food and drink on a weekend in late summer/early fall. We would like to see if 3-5 Smart Car owners would be interested in participating and displaying your cars. We would, of course, plan to offer you and others an honorarium for your time and effort.
