MB-Smart should send us ALL a complimentary copy of the Smart service manual. MB thought it was better to have NO dealer than to have one owned by a non MB dealer. I now own an "orphan" ...every time I look at my car and see the word "Smart" I feel really DUMB for buying it. MB is a joke and they have sh*t on us all. They don't support the Sprinter vans either.<br/>
