Disassembly of the caliper mount and caliper itself isnt required but we took them off the car anyway to cover as much as possible. Prepping the surface was the most time consuming since you dont want any contaminants mixing in with the paint. We used G2 caliper paint system which we sell for 37.95 which includes the paint, catalyst, brush, cleaning solvent, and stirrers. Entire process takes a day to complete because they recommend 24 hrs for the paint to fully cure befo… Wheels had to come off.
