Hi Ian. Thanks for your helpful reply. The previous owner handed me service history and everything he had by way of paperwork, but there was no instruction manual. I looked under the passenger seat, but not there. Under the driver's seat there was only a fire extinguisher.<br /> Presumably the first owner didn't pass the manual to him.<br /> Specifically, the starting of the car is proving a problem as there is obviously a sequence of actions necessary to get into drive mode.
