I am a filmmaker in LA, and I want to shoot some Spec Commercials using Smart Car owners and Their Cars. By Spec commercial I mean that I plan to produce the commercials and present them to Smart Car with the hope of selling them to Smart Car, or having them pay for the production of a campaign.
