Today, just about one year later, twenty-nine smart cars got to experience this fuel efficiency as they saw magnificent views and sites and wound their way through the streets of Englewood, the Palisade Interstate Parkway, Piermont and Sparkill, NY. They stopped at the Bergen Performing Arts Center, the State Line Scenic Overlook and finished at Relish Restaurant, Sparkill, New York for some relaxation and hors d’oeuvres.

It is the smallest and shortest car in the United States and this road rally displayed this everywhere as the long line of vehicles made its local stops including the Bergen Performing Arts Center who provided history and a tour of the theater. This tour included everyone having the chance to feel like a star standing on the stage and learning about the brilliant acoustics of the theater, viewing the dressing rooms and hearing about all the signatures of celebrities on the theater’s popular Steinway piano. The theater also generously provided tickets and a CD to all attendees to go with the goody bag that smart center Englewood provided. Relish’s refreshments were delicious and the restaurant was a cozy haven for awarding the trophies for the most unique smart car (One of A Kind) that the participants judged, and a Road Warrior trophy for the smart with the most mileage.>

Materials like formaldehyde and asbestos were eliminated in the production of the plant and water waste is collected and reused in the gardens and as coolant during the production process. Up to 95% of every smart is suitable for recycling, and it emits 50% less polluting emissions than the average vehicle. Its paint process uses 40% less energy than the conventional painting methods with zero solvent emissions and no water consumption. Any “overspray” is even collected and is 98% reusable. Smart also works with suppliers that will use returnable containers to avoid waste,” said Michael Hill, smart center Englewood General Sales Manager. “Customers were so pleased by this special Sunday afternoon event, that we know it will be the first of many customer events,” said Mr. Hill.

Well my smart now says -14 on the dashboard, so it's 2 weeks over due a service. The guy that was going to service it went on holiday..

Car is as cute as ever and always has his smile.

My brother ordered me some Brabus pedals, however, when they arrived they were LHD, and I have a RHD car..

So they have been sent back. We are now wondering if I should get the chrome spotlight rings to finish off my chrome pack.

Anyone know how easy it is to put them on? Apparently it's a "Glue" job.

Does anyone know any good websites where I might be able to purchase modifications for my Smart in the UK? I have found a few like Smart-Parts-Direct and SmartsRus. I also know a german website that ships to the UK.
These are parts like Glovebox, cd holder, pedels, handbrake... etc Little bits.
