Share 'Passenger seat belt will not rewind.'

Has anyone had this problem with the 2009 passion model. When I phoned the dealer, they said they would put a new one on?? The car has less then 10,ooo km's. I had one bulb burn out in headlights, and they replaced all my bulbs in front. So far no complaints with the service.
