Problems with the new passion

Hi everyone. Like most of you, we bought our smart for all the right reasons. Eco-friendly, fun, sporty, cute, ect....Unfortunately we started having problems with the car at 528km's, and it's gone down hill ever since.The first problem was the shift selector. Minor mechanical issue...only complicated by the dealership and management having a horible attitude towards the car and customer service.
