smart Car
Do any listers out there have any idea where I can secure a facfory-type service manual for my 451? I've come up against a brick wall at my dealership, where I was informed no manual is available. What a load of crapola! Do smart centers expect owners to rely on the shadowy expertise of their understaffed service and parts departments? Is Roger Penske trying to control EVERY aspect of smart ownership?After waiting over a year for my car, I should at least have the opportunity to work on it myself. Hell, I can't afford $100/hour labor charges. Can you?

i just bought a cd copy on ebay and i will tell you if it is good or not when i recieve it . I should be geting it at any time.

MB-Smart should send us ALL a complimentary copy of the Smart service manual. MB thought it was better to have NO dealer than to have one owned by a non MB dealer. I now own an "orphan" ...every time I look at my car and see the word "Smart" I feel really DUMB for buying it. MB is a joke and they have sh*t on us all. They don't support the Sprinter vans either.
