Can I buy the gal in the Fiat 500 and put her in my Smart Car?

Or do I have to buy the Fiat, too?

If I put the gal from the Fiat 500 in my passenger seat

and put the Fiat on my trailer and hauled it to the dump

then drove to the Hyatt and drove through the double doors,

through the lobby, into the elevator, up to the penthouse suite,

and the scend faded as I drrove down the hall

would that create a subliminal message

that people who buy cars based on television ads would pick up on?

I remember back in 2007 and 2008 on the smart USA web site there were 3 commercials. The one that stands out the most was of Godzilla trampling through a city. Godzilla was trampling cars, buildings, and a food stand. People were running every where to get out of the way of this monster. There was a young man who grabbed a young girl, they dove into a smart car just as Godzilla was about to stomp on the car. When his foot hit the smart car, it wasn’t crushed. The commercial switched to a discussion of the tridon safety cell. It was a cute commercial with a point of the smart car safety features.

The second commercial showed 2 rather large Oriental gentlemen in a smart car show room. They were looking at the smart car and shaking their heads. It appeared that they thought that they wouldn’t fit in the little car. The commercial then showed them both getting into the car, they smiled at one another, and then drove out of the show room. It was a cute commercial with a point of the roominess of the smart car.

The third commercial, I don’t recall. But the idea of these commercials was that they made a point and that they were cute. The “Uncar” commercial just doesn’t get it done.
