The rear spoiler for the Smart was developed by BRABUS for the Smart 451.
As I understand BRABUS spent many hours developing this spoiler in the wind tunnel.
The rear spoiler make a difference as the Smart reaches 50 MPH and above. The spoiler has a stabilizing effect to the car as speed increases. I did see an effect in the MPG as I recorded it before and after the install. I did also notice less dust on the back window. Will post more pics and results soon.
I dose add Eye Candy effect to the car.

The main driver for lower aerodynamic drag is fuel economy and I have seen 2 MPG increase. My Scangauge is a good source of information. The car feels more grounded and MPG means better aerodynamics. Less wind resistance means more power to go faster.

2 MPG should just pay for the rear wing?

Sounds good to me. Faster car and makes the car look like a pocket rocket.
