I understand that in Victoria, BC that they have parking spots designated for smart Cars only. Victoria is small and has parking problems, so I'm sure this is to encourage the use of smart Cars.

More About Me:

I bought my black pure smart for two it has been one year, and I really satisfied with it. I was surprised by the trunk space and how we can drive it easily in the snow.
I've been traveling with it too and the only problem that makes us slow down is the wind.
I really like it!
