They are brand new, taken off the car by the dealer when I bought it (I had yellows put on). You can have them for half price ($750). Shipping should not cost you too much as they are not heavy. UPS store can box them up and ship at reasonable cost to you, or any other shipper. (Like eBay, buyer pays shipping.)
