Mileage and more mods
My first tank I got 38.11 mpg using Mobil/Exxon 91.
My second, most recent tank I got 38.99 mpg using Kwik Trip 91.
After reading about the lack of thermocouplers in the 2008 heated mirrors, I checked it out and sure enough, at 75 degrees F outside, my mirrors were heating. I added a lighted switch in the outboard cubby hole to turn them on and off.

Farkled already
I just got my '08 Passion Coupe on Saturday and I've already added:
Trim badge that says "Size Matters" to the lower edge of the rear window, just above the Smart badge, and Concept X LED micro lights to the bottom of the dash to light up the floor. I think there's enough wire to run them to the interior light so they come on when you open the door, but right now I can turn them on without the interior light and enjoy the blue LED glow. The power adapter is also lighted when on
