I had some issues with manufacturer. It is not common to have this on other manufactured autos but Smart is not coming clean with their problem. I had a fuel pump fail in my 08 model ( cabrio) and took it in for repairs and found out the cost was nearly 1,000.00 because it is located under car cover in the tank.
