Tampa Smart Center

I just had my first flat tire, true to my luck it busted the rim at the same time. I though I was extremely fortunate because it happened in Tamps 4 Miles from the Smart Center, boy was I wrong. I guess I'm a little spoiled because I've dealt with the Orange Park (JAX) location and the facility Is impeccable and the service top notch but Not all Mercedes dealerships are built the same.
The Tampa Location looks and feels like a subway station in Manhattan and is far dirtier the service has been surpassed my local McDonald's and the 5 hour wait for a new tire and rim was astronomical apparently they are limited to $100.00 work and hour. The young man from the Smart Center seemed to care and tried to speed things along but it seems that Smarts are last priority behind all other cars. The only impressive part of the entire operation was that Both the Smart and The Mercedes sides of the business called me on my cell phone while I was there waiting for service the problem with that is they both tried to sell me a new car.
I think the stand out worst part of the experience was a trip to the restroom that we're filthy and the toilet seat we're melted by cigarets, You'd think a dealership for 100.000 cars and $500.00 and up service could afford a new $20.00 toilet seat when it needed replacing.
If you're going to Break down anywhere near Tampa get towed to Orlando for service.
