Did anyone see the new flyers out showing the changes to the 2011 model?
Cruise control will be availalbe now as an option. More choices will be availalble to upgrade the look of your smart but of course at an additional price. I'm still waiting for them to offer the diesel engine once again in Canada. Not for 2011 obviously.

On the body they are adding LED daylight driving lights (It may be optional at an additional cost, I'm not sure). They are changing the colour of those black rock plates below the door and the front and back bottom plates to match the colour of the panels. It will give it more the Brabus look. Unless you're a smartie, I doubt that anyone will notice much difference. There are a few more changes on the inside. More to do with the instrument panel and radio being a touch screen now. From what I can tell, they've simply stripped down a lot to keep the base price the same and have added many more items as options.
Diesel engine? Don't expect them for many years... I talked to someone at M-B, he told me that it's a regulation problem with Transport Canada. Every time they want to introduce a new engine, they must re-homologate the entire car, not only the engine. Which cost a lot of $$$... It's the same reason why we don't have the Brabus engines too... Sadly... :(
