Here are some pictures of the oem armrest I just installed in my 2008 Edition Limited One Smart. It took a fair bit of work (had to pull up the leather on the seat, and drill a couple of holes in the seat frame), but it turned out awesome.
In the instructions it says this armrest is for 451s made after September 30, 2009, but I managed to install it on my 2008!
