2009 brabus blew engine after dealership did oil change, smart threw a fit said they never had a blown engine before, took 4 weeks before the decide to honor warranty and now it will take 8 weeks to get it repaired. what should i do , should i keep talking about how good the car is or should i tell every one how sorry the warranty department is?

Tell it like it is .... it will help all of us. My smart seats started to show wear at 300 miles, YES 300 miles. The edges started to get all fuzzy. I have the stock gray pure seats. My dealer called Smart USA and after a lot of back and forth they decided to replace the whole seat. Not just the covers the whole seat. In addition, the passenger seat is starting to do the same thing. I guess I have to start taking the sandpaper out of my back pocket. Anyway, Smart USA will not put different covers on because they say it is an "isolated" problem and does not happen often. So if you have problems, let us all know.

My Pure's seat covers started to show coffee stains after 3000 miles. As time passed, the problem only got worse.

tradeed mine in on a large benz suv, had no trade in value never drove the new engine, was afraid they were going to void my warrenty, this will be my last post on this site great little car, smart usa just made it hard to own

Your car looks VERY nice, you've done great work. But one thing stands out - the silver headlamps. Need to paint them black! Instructions at Evilution, of course. My son and I did mine, and they look like they came that way.
Oh, and by the way, GREAT comedic writing - I laughed multiple times during the reading of this review. Not only was I interested in it, but I had great fun reading it. Thanks for that too!
