I have a set of silver panels; I was about to put on ebay if you would like to purchase them. They were on our White smart for about one month when we first bought the car. We had them changed out to the white panels at the Mercedes dealership. We do not drive the car on an everyday basis. They were maybe on the road for a week or two. They are practically new. We live in Houston and I can ship them to you.

Hi Fellow smarts,
Just a wee bit of FYI for those that may be storing your extra smart panels. Due to heat and cold, take note on how your panels are stored as they are plastic and can take form to the position they are either laid in or on, stacked or placed vertically. They can bow, or mend to the position they are in. To get them back into shape place them in not too hot sunshine and they should take back their natural shape. The best way to store the panels is to actually hang them, yes I know, hanging them :) But just giving a little wee bit of info.

I picked up my smart at the end of May, 2008. It is a Passion coupe. It currently has 49,750 miles. I’m averaging 44.78 mpg. I have had ZERO problems.
