Thanks. The one I saw was a three stage toggle switch. Off, Run, and a bump start. I believe it was originaly designed for the 450. It was a direct replacment for the ignition switch. Thanks again.

its leased from MB canada and maintained in Kelowna. Its over kelometers so they just say "tough". I am pretty outraged. I dont think I will ever buy/lease another smart car or will i recommend them to anyone. When people stop me on the ...

from what I remember it was not a push start per se.. It was a modified key fob that was left in the ignition switch and turned to start the motor. I'll look for it....
