I have heard from several people from different forums that they would like an intake system for the Smart Car. I've attached a picture of an Intake system that we are offering.
just as i thought, nowhere near the engine on the install, (it's actually is going away from the engine block) how it's supposed gain 30F is beyond my comprehension. a splash shield would be needed, it's near the left rear wheel.
but just more fuel for gary's delusions, he has no concept of internal combustion engines or any other part of reality, but thinks he's an expert about everything.
the engine block is on the right of the compartment, the air is drawn into the intake from the lower left, anyone with a brain knows heat rises and is drawn out the top slots near the bumper (brain is the operative word) so it's drawing in cold air from under the car and it runs over the tranny, which makes a little heat, but not enough to heat 3000 liters of air 30F per minute in 2 feet of tubing.
you guys should quit arguing about this , i already told every one it works great two weeks ago , like i said last night , with intake , ecu upgrade and the pipe im gone to need rear discs , just go buy one or use the fishing box that came with the car its up to you
believe me, i'll be getting all these toys soon. SG2, DT exhaust and this intake. i just wish people would post perferomance/economy results.
people bitch and moan about 22 mpg, but nobody says they get improved milage with their mods, they just say "it works!". everyone is out playing with their new toys, and can't make one "economy run", it takes a couple of hours and a bit of road.
i had a chinese girl random me today on ICQ, we chatted for a while, she wants to improve her english. and for giggles i'd send her messages in chinese, she asked if i was chinese, i told her i was swedish.
jag talat henne min fru är 14 milen öster om kinesisk kant
