11,000 miles
I picked my smart up on the 5th of March, and just past 11,000 miles this week. So far, no major problems. :)
I took it in for the 10,000 mile maintenance (1000 late) and had a few warranty issues looked at. $165.00 for an oil change, lol.
Anyone else with high miles?

After my Trip from West Michigan to Maryland...1300+ round trip...I have over 12000 ...darn it....but no issues

I put a few miles on when I drove from Cleveland to DC, but most are work miles. Average has been 400 miles a week. I was going to drive the smart to Nova Scotia, but I think I'm taking the MINI instead.
How long have you had yours?
Here's mine - still looks new of course :)

If I got mine in January, I'd probably be past your 12,000 lol.

Hi, Alan. I picked up my smartie on May 8th and as of today (Sept.7) I have 8,000 miles on it. Many of those miles are from a road trip from Florida to Maine and back. It runs like a charm. It seems you're enjoy driving your smartie as much as I enjoy driving mine!

i've had mine since january, i'll hit 5000 miles this week and take it in for it's first oil change this saturday. i've had a few brief stints of unemployment this year, last week i think i got a "gravy job", good pay for minimal work (my first day of training, "is that all?", yes it is!) my new job is 100 miles a week, so my smart won't be "overworked" either, my last few jobs were daily commutes of 28 to 45 miles a day. last year i sold my '98 metro with only 37K miles on it (3 months after i made my reservation for my smart) and drove the MB 190E i bought for my wife, who left me a month before i sold the metro, until i got my smart.
i popped in a smart 6 disc changer yesterday, love it (i got a pure with no radio, installed a pioneer 5 months ago) didn't care for the $450 smart "price" and got one on ebay from a rich person who didn't care for the smart radio.
