I was upset when they discontinued the yellow color for the 2009s. So I ordered the car in red and bought the yellow panels separately ($1,500!). Now I'll have a set of reds in the garage .
Then the thought of a 2-color car in the summer hit me. How difficult is it to replace the door panels? Where do you start? Any ideas?

it will take you about 10 minutes at most to change each side... its quite easy after you do one!
