I've been told if you put rear tire sized tires all around you get a better ride. Maybe this has been discussed previously, but is there anything to this idea?
I have a set or new passion rims that you could use on the front. does not incl rubber or sensors. make me an offer or give me a call.
I live in Jacksonville FL.
Does the installation of the larger rear tires on the front axles void the tire service warrantee? That is, the one where they will fix punctures or blowouts?
Uh, no voiding of the CAR warrantee, or no voiding of the TIRE REPAIR warrantee, where they come out, retrieve you, and fix or replace the tire.
Sorry if I am resurrecting a dead issue. However, the searching on this site returns too many entry to the key word "warrantee". Or, I just don't know how to use it...
The smart factory only uses 155 or 175 front tyres.
Factory rears can be 175 or 195 on standard models. They put 225 on the rear of the BRABUS, with 175 on the front.
The old 450 series fortwo could not interchange rear to front due to hub offsets. The current 451 series does not have that limitation.
The combination of rim to tyre sizes gets a bit long winded... so please see the Euro specs in the two jpg files.
Hi everyone....let's cut to the chase.I need a replacement for the rear window as it was shattered to pieces...and here the weather is always raining ...so please anyone have any suggestions on this would be much appreciated...
