Hi everyone, forum newbie here.
i have recently decided to get a smart and am mulling over various options.
does anyone know if the power output and sound quality differs between the radio 9 and radio 10? i plan to upgrade the stock speakers myself and add tweeters near the windshield so i dont need the premium system. and i dont need 6 cd changing or mp3 playback either so . . . . is the sound of the two units basically the same?

the amp only comes with the premium sound system. the #10 radio is the same as the 9 except for single disc capacity. i got a #10 on e-bay cheap and it had no extra amplifier.

its the 451, in the manual it shows the american (miles) and canadian (kilometers)
in the american picutre there is an am/pm, on the canadian its not.
wondering if there is no am/pm on canadian versions.
What smart do you have, year and model? I went to the 451 owner's manual and there is no mention of this feature.
