smart service is a JOKE, i called them this morning, sat on hold for 40 minutes, was told it would be 3 hours before my smart could be picked up, that was 8 hours ago. my smart is still dead, in my parking lot. i missed one day of work due to my dead smart, and will lose my 2 days off (i'm off monday and tuesday) my smart was picked up at 3AM tuesday.
my car was ready (fixed) by 3PM wednesday, sort of. now the airbag light is on, so i'll have to go back to have that looked into. it's an hour one way to my smart dealership. i missed 2 days of work, no loaner was provided, so i was without wheels for 3-1/2 days. obviously they disconnected one of the airbags while diddling with the shifter.
