Will this fit a 2009 Passion Coupe? I went to the site and it appears to be in the development stage. There wasn't an application guide and a couple of the links are not "Coming Soon."

Armrest will fit all 2008 and up Smarts. What do you mean by application guide?

PF, smarts only come in two flavors... the old 450 (pre-2007 and the new 451) SOooo 08/09 are the same car! minus minuscule trivial cosmetic changes in the door pockets

Is this armrest very stable? or does it move around alot like the factory one?

What factory one? I think there are only three armrests available, and they're all after market. The MDC one is available from smartieparts.com (I have that one) and the one from geniusparts.com (shown above). Both of those bolt to the back of the driver's seat and are very stable (and genuine leather). The third model is available from ebay and bolts to the floor. I haven't seen one installed but have heard complaints about its stability.

ya the one that bolts to the floor is the one they offered me at the dealership. It moves all around I wouldnt want to put any weight on it at all.
