The acqua orange panels were sold only in 2001 and have been oput of produstion since 2002. There are no known panels anywhere in Europe.
(same applies to Aqua (Cubic) green, Numeric Blue, Scratch Black, Aqua Vanilla - the numeric and scratch panels emerged in 2002 and are impossible to find for past 2 years)

Yes.. I've been always a fan of white smart cars.. I have black panels, yet I still prefer white ones. Ebay offers white body panels.. but not sure with orange. Anyways, I'm looking for any tail light covers.. any ideas?

To start this somebody has to bite the bullet and buy a new set, then the swaps will begin with your old set. I had four sets for the original fortwo, I know a couple who have two cars and 7 sets of panels (this is for the very first model and they live in UK). panel swaps have stopped now in UK since the pre-coloured panels for the older model went out of production more than two years ago.

I just won a complete set of body panels on EBAY. The seller decided to covert to another color so i bought the set as backup just in case. I have full insurance, but repainting NEVER matches original.

I found a webpage in Austria - all in German
They trade and sell all what you want. I didn't find a page yet in Germany but I am sure that there are a many classifieds too. For the old Smart I know places for body panels but the 451 version is also new in Europe and people are still happy with their color. At the German Smart centers body panel are about 900 - 1400 Euros.
