Well hooked it up and man what a difference. The stereo came to life sounds the way I wanted it to. Has a good kick to it now. It brought the sound to the middle of the car. I still need to put some dynamatt on the doors.Got to try the video game system with it now. Wife likes the rumble in the seat LOL. A must do because its a fast install, cheap price, and a space saver even if its just behind the seat instead of under.

Hi Speedracer. Nice choice!! I put a Boss 1200 in a few months ago when I upgraded my sound system. I tucked mine in behind the passenger seat. It was just a bit too big to fit under the seats, which was my first hope. Yes it is true, in this case SATO is right the pictures don't tell the whole story. Mine has a 10" sub in it and clearly this unit fills the smart with plenty of bass. The compactness of the unit allowed for us to enjoy quality sound without sacrificing what cargo space we do have. Does your passenger ever comment about being warm? I know that the unit when put to work generates a lot of heat.
Nice,Yes I do Belive that the 1200 will not fit at all under the seat (unless massive mod) the 600 fits perfectly. No complant about heat alot of air space for the unit. But dose vibrate her butt,But thats a good thing LOL.It vibrates her alittle only with some heavy bass songs , I can still feel it in my chest in the drivers seat. but under normal levels fine. I'm going to put some rear speakers in. Looking if the headboard behind the seats could hold some 4".
And maybe another 600 under the drivers seat HAHAHA..
Now i'm second guessing myself and it probably makes sense. I always look at the clock in the morning to go to work and after, I dont really care. You might be right. I think the thing that probably threw me off is that it shows the am/pm in the m...

Ha, ha... plumbing would be a challenge... not to mention head room to sit on a "throne".
Really though, it is amazing what can fit in the fortwo.
Cheers for the picture.
I'll bet I'm the only person with a four-seater 451... You can't quite say this turns a fortwo into a forfour, I suppose.
I call it my tiny pick-up truck, and I find it useful for all sorts of chores, including hauling these two toilets off to th...
Your post is really old but on the off-chance you haven't found your answer yet I'll go ahead and post. I assume you're talking about the dash-end connector, not the one inside the tach itself.
I've attached a photo of the connector. Pin 1 is to ...
