- I took delivery my white smart fortwo pure at the beginning of May and I must say that I am extremely pleased.
I fell in love with these cars when I lived in France but they never seemed very practical for Canadian roads. Upon my return, I ended up buying a Honda Civic LX because it was sporty and supposedly good on gas. Well, while it was a great drive, the Honda had quite high running costs. With gas at a premium and the very favorable reviews of the new fortwo, I decided to get rid of the Honda and make a smart my primary car.
My smart really seems to endear itself to others. The first day I brought it to work, I literally spent an hour in the parking lot showing it to my co-workers. It is very nice to see that as people become more aware of ecological issues, they are prepared to look at other options that suit their transportation needs.
I love this car a little more each day. Fun to drive and economical to run, it truly is the perfect car.
