It was known by many people that Jonathan Adkins of Adkins Performance works for Vertical Doors Inc. in Corona.
Now Jonathan has been masking his Identity as "Drift Girl" and other screen names to sell his Vertical Doors for a price under retail. While other Vendors are forced to sell at retail.
I'm a vendor myself. I don't sell these doors but from my perspective, I would think other Vendors trying to sell Vertical Doors would have an opinion about this.

To answer the question - is it fair? To the alias question: That would be a question for the owner/operators of the board. Does the board allow aliases? Does the board allow multiple accounts? If so, then, strictly speaking, yes, it is fair.
To the pricing question: This, too, is not an uncommon business practice, and unless it creates a monopoly situation (meaning, there is no other option), then yes, technically, it, too is fair. Are the other vendors being forced to sell the product? Nope - they could drop the line, or pick up another option instead.
Now, fairness aside, is it a good business model? As long as it works.
