Hello I am new into the club, I just bought a Passion 2009 coupe and I am hapy with it, however there is a ratle, a noise or whatever coming from the back when I hit a bump or an irregularity on the road, like the roads were perfect, I suspect is the lower door, tried to adjust the latch but is not adjustable, at least is what I conclude, instead I used some ruber on trying to avoid it moves as I hit 1000 bums, but still have it, is there anyone with the same problem? JAS

Great that smart found the problem and the rattle has been fixed. It's good that you persisted on getting it fixed... often wonder how many cars (any make) are being driven with defects that the owner just ignores.
Most unusual for the roof to be rattling. There was a news item last year about a very small batch of smarts being recalled to have the windscreen (windshield) refitted due to faulty adhesive sealant. The article had read that the sealant could cause corrosion of the frame and the screen come loose. It may have been a side column in the weekend paper.. I can't find the article reference online.
