I also used MANUAL a lot at first and I got progressively stiffer shifts. I think the folks at Smart in France didn't use the right lubricant on the shifter assembly. My quick and dirty fix was to spray some lithium lube into the shifter…
$410, the intake was $150 and the exhaust was $260. The exhaust is low because i bought it from anothr Smart owner that thought it was too loud. I installed both items myself, so no labor charges.

The trick seems to be to get the coolant tank higher than the engine. Evilution show jacking up the front of the car... a good steep driveway may be simpler.

My Car went al the way to the 120 bar on the dashboard. Then I replace the Thermostat. Now the car does run cooler but keep on getting a airlock. anybody know what can be wrong
We have a brand new manufacturer for these Engine Mounts. We can offer better warranty and better service.
