WHEEL AND TIRE SIZE

I AM UPGRADING TO 16" SCHMIDT WHEELS. WHAT ARE THE BEST TIRE SIZE CHIOICES? AND SHOULD I STAGGER THE FRONT/REAR SIZES? OR KEEP THEM THE SAME?
